FAITH

I have traveled in time and had these other lives.

With Siddhartha and Ra, I was thick as thieves
Although at times the Buddha would not go along
With what Ra believes.
Confucius and I, with the yin and yang,
We would sit for hours and paint scenes
Of the Yangtze plain.
And these prophets and kings in the words they speak
Each one of them said don't seek me,
Seek what I seek.
